Unable to process payments manually after installing the CyberSource payment gateway bundles.
Hello,
We recently attempted to enable the payment link feature in our NetSuite account to accept payments via e-invoice. However, we encountered some issues after installing the CyberSource Bundles.
Following the installation of the CyberSource Bundles, several changes occurred within our NetSuite account that are preventing us from processing payments internally. Specifically, we've noticed that there is currently no field available for entering credit card information in manually.
Even after installing the CyberSource bundles, the payment gateway still isn't functioning.
I am wondering if the installation of the CyberSource Bundles may not be compatible with our NetSuite configuration.
We would greatly appreciate any insights or assistance you can provide to ensure that the payment link feature functions as intended within our NetSuite environment.
