How to generate new Inventory Location Configurations in Items?

Hi Guru's


I have a few hundred new items that have been created and I need to add the demand plan and smart count settings. I need to do this using Item inventory location configuration.

With items that exist and have stock in them, I can easily update using a CSV import. However, for the new items, those Item config ID's do not exist because the locations have not been added. Is there a way to create them in mass somehow? I have not found anything about this in SuiteAnswers, only what to do to configure AFTER they already exist. Any help would be appreciated. I sent a screenshot, but I don't know whatelse to send.
