Transactions to be reconciled don't show up

I'm trying to reconcile accounts starting in January 2024. I've matched all the transactions, but when I go to reconcile the account for the month, none of the transactions show up. They show in the register as unreconciled, and all have correct dates. I've already gone to Setup>Accounting>Accounting Preferences and checked the "show all transactions in reconciliation." That didn't work for me. I'm on a tight deadline and know this has to be something simple I'm missing.
