How to Add HSTS to the Header of a SC Standard Website?

Is it possible to add the HSTS header line to a SuiteCommerce standard website? What file would that be located in? I don't see a .htaccess.

Has anyone come across this problem? Our CC processor requires HSTS but our SC website does not have it. We've reached out to NS support and they were not able to help - just said that "enabling HSTS" is an enhancement to vote for.
