How to turn off Inventory Status Control
We currently have, in setup, Inventory status control turned on.
(Allow assignment of defined statuses to inventory to track item conditions or requirements. Statuses can be created to suit your needs.)
However we want to turn it off, but get message 'You cannot disable the Inventory Status feature because one or more non-default statuses exist.'
We then go the status list and have found one called 'Bad', and try to delete it, but get 'You cannot delete this status because it is associated with items on completed or pending transactions.'. I can't seem to write a saved search to find where this status has been used. Please help.
