Purchase Order UOM Issue

We have an item with a Purchase UoM of Pack 5 (5 base units), and the purchase price is $8.05 per pack 5. While entering POs, the rate is listed as $40.25 for a Q of 1 Pack 5, rather than the $8.05 set in the item record. How do we make the PO show the rate as the one set on the item record for the pack Q set via UOM?
