Saved Search Customized Message not appearing in emails
I created a saved search.
I set the saved search to "SEND EMAIL ALERTS WHEN RECORDS ARE CREATED/UPDATED"
I unchecked SUMMARIZE SCHEDULED EMAILS
On the customize message tab, in the single-record results custom body text, I typed in some custom text.
No matter what other options I check or uncheck, I cannot get the custom text to show up in the email, instead all I get is a list of results.
Is there another setting or something else that we need to do to get the custom text to be in the email?
The subject line and intro text work just fine.
