Why does "Preferred Vendor" not join properly in Workflow?
I am creating a workflow that will create a custom record from information on an Item Record and I can't figure out how to get the Preferred Vendor to be listed on the custom record. For reference, the field on the custom record is called "Vendor Name" and is typed "Free-Form Text" I am attempting to Join "Preferred Vendor" then use field "Name/ID" Image 1 is my setup in the workflow.
When I run the workflow with this setup, the result is a different vendor other than the preferred vendor being listed in the Vendor Name field on the custom record. Image 2 shows the list of Vendors on the item record.
