Inventory getting stuck in staging bins after reverse pick on mobile emulator...

We upgraded to 2024.1 a month ago. Started having an issue with reverse picks done on mobile emulator. Inventory is getting stuck in the staging bins instead of going back to the respective picking bins. Had to create inventory adjustments to get the inventory out of staging and back into picking bins. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
