Redirect to URL not working for Online Case Form
I've created an Online Case Form (type is Custom HTML Template) and no matter what I put in the Redirect to URL field (under Set Up Workflow), it doesn't redirect after the Submit button is clicked. The case gets created and everything else works, but not the redirect. Instead, it goes to a case summary page. Below is an example URL of the case summary page:
...secure.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/supportcase.nl?id=12345678&whence=
I've tried leaving the default URL for the web store homepage, I've tried using the URL for My Account, etc. Nothing works.
I've searched for the same issue and there's a lot out there, but I couldn't find anything recent. The most recent thing I could find was from
