SuiteTalk webservice: Vendor saved search "Terms" field always has "name" subfield = null.

Hello,
Could you help me, please?
When I use vendor saved search with "Terms" field in UI, I see term code(name):

When I call the same search via SOAP C# API, I get complex field "terms" in basic section. It's OK. In the terms I see only correct internaIDs, but "name" field is always null.
Is it by design or it may be some issue with permissions or something else?

p.s.: I can find term by internalID with usual search, so I have workaround. Just for case I would want to know.
