Lock Vendor Dashboard - similar to Customer Dashboard

Is there a way wherein we can open a Vendor from Global Search and it shows Vendor Dashboard by default, similar to what we can do for Customer Dashboard by setting:
"Set Customer Dashboard As Default View On Customer Record" as "True"
