Anyone know how to fix receiving an error when trying to access suiteanswers?

I keep getting the ambiguous standard error when trying to access suiteanswers …

then when clicking "here" receive the same exact error.

I sure long for the day of this error never appearing and we receive a specific error that can help us resolve without having to contact someone else.
