How to resolve the Amazon Settlement Report Processing Errors in NetSuite Connector?

Hello NetSuite Community,

 

We are currently facing an issue with processing Amazon Settlement Reports in NetSuite Connector. The error we encounter is as follows:

 

"NetSuite reports that the item FBA Inbound Placement Service Fee wasn't found in your NetSuite. NetSuite Connector requires this item to properly sync your settlement data."

 

We have created the item manually in NetSuite, but we are still getting the same error in NetSuite Connector. We also found a way to create a settlement item in FarApp under Amazon > Settings > Other Transactions, but it is not creating the item automatically.

 

We have ensured that the item is active and able to be used in the same subsidiary as our Amazon orders. Despite this, the error persists.
