How to display the complete bill of materials during WO picking?

We want to use the WMS app to pick components from Work Orders, but when we access the WOs, we find that it does not show those items that are not in stock in the warehouse. We need to be able to see the entire list of materials for each WO and even be able to mark those items that have zero quantity in the inventory. Is this possible? Please help me. Thank you.
