Restricting Period Reopening Across Subsidiaries

Is there a way to restrict individual countries/subsidiaries from reopening and closing their accounting periods using the 'Manage Accounting Periods' function after a specific date in each month, I want to prevent subsidiaries from reopening a closed period after parent subsidiary closing has occurred. Are there any workarounds or solutions available to achieve this?
