Sandbox eCommerce Store: CMS not rendering, PDP displays permission violation

Our eCom Store in the Sandbox is not functioning properly. The CMS in not rendering and when I go to the PDP page I receive the following message:

NOT ALLOWED

Sorry! You have no permission to view this page.

Please contact the website administrator, click here to continue.

Is this potentially related to "Change in Custom Record Types with "No Permission Required" Access Type"? We received an email related to this on Friday August 16. We have not pushed any changes to our site and everything was running properly last Friday. Today I'm encountering numerous issues.

Also note I did see the following in the console when attempting to render the home page of the site:
