Vendor Pricing and Discounting based on Total Amount

Is it possible to automate the Pricing and Discounting in NetSuite when purchasing from Vendor based on Total $ Amount of Purchase.

For example, this is one of the scenario:

So anything that alerts us to order more or anything that applies discount automatically would be helpful.
