SCA CMS Vinson to 2023.1

I am migrating a site from Vinson to 2023.1. We have the CMS content pages showing up but all the content in Vinson was in a content Type "Text" and the new 2023.1 content types dont have that, they have "CMS Text". Any suggestion on how the content type can be converted on the CMS pages so they start showing in the 2023.1
