Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Online Case Form Submit button not working
After our upgrade to 2024.2 (just over a week ago) we stopped receiving online case forms (our contact us page form). In testing the form it seems the SUBMIT button is not working. Is this already a known issue and if so is there a work around?
