Netsuite integration

Hello, the ERP from my company is integrating with a new client, so we need they save searches 1st, the usual, we gave them access to our bundle and they send us the credentials, so with that we can connect and download the save searches and send back some purchase orders. I have done this many times successfully, buy now it fails, the customer is following the process we gave them but still got log in errors.
