Getting SOAP error - org.xml.sax.SAXException: de_DE is not a legal value

I am trying to sync language of a customer from Salesforce to Netsuite. The language in Salesforce is German. When I am syncing this with Netsuite customer record the I am getting an error which is -

[Error executing Netsuite operation: org.xml.sax.SAXException: de_DE is not a legal value for {urn:types.common_2018_2.platform.webservices.netsuite.com}Language] Unknown failure

It is working for other language but not for German.

I also checked the integration setup on middleware and the value which is getting passed is _german, which I think is correct according to the SOAP Schema Browser.
