NetSuite Saved search email delay

We are experiencing delays with NetSuite's email alert system that affect not only a specific saved search but also other scheduled searches dependent on email notifications.

An email alert is configured to be sent daily at 11 PM, but we've observed that the report isn't dispatched at the scheduled time. Instead, it's being generated and sent at 2:17 AM—significantly later than intended.

Despite conducting a thorough review to identify the root cause of the delay, we haven't been able to determine the reason.

Is anyone else encountering the same issue? Are there any suggested solutions or adjustments to ensure that email alerts are sent out promptly and according to their scheduled times?
