Can an assembly build have multiple lots

Is is possible for a single assembly build to result in a multiple lots?

For example, there are 5 blocks of cheese created from a assembly build (Quantity of 5).

Each of those blocks of cheese will have a separate lot number.

is that something that can be done in NetSuite natively?

With customisations?
