Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

StickyNotes Email Capture doesn't seem to do anything
We are trying to capture email replies to StickyNote emails that get sent out to the recipient of a stickynote, so that the user's replies will be stored in NetSuite along with the StickyNote they're replying to. Prefer if their reply creates another stickynote just as it would if they replied via the NetSuite UI.
In NetSuite sandbox:
I created a StickyNote, and the recipient received an email of the StickyNote, and when the user clicks Reply in their email client, the "To" address populates with "Aaron McCausland messages.xxxxxxx_SB2.xxxxxxx.50e65344b6@xxxxxxx-sb2.email.netsuite.com"
This looks like an email capture address to me, but neither the Sticky Note record, nor the Customer record the StickyNote is attached to, have any messages about the StickyNote in their Communications > Email tab (well, the StickyNote record doesn't have an Email sublist either).
