WMS Return Authorization Receiving
Hello Gurus
I am getting an error telling me that the item is inactive and an administrator should enable it to continue while receiving returns using the Mobile app, however I have checked the item, bin, location and all is active.
I tried receiving the return authorization directly from Netsuite's UI and it works fine. The strange part is that after receiving it and then deleting the item receipt using Netsuite's UI, it finally works in the APP
Please help
