"Invalid issueinventorynumber reference key xxx" in approving Inventory Count
We encounter the error "Invalid issueinventorynumber reference key xxx" after approving an inventory count. I searched in SuiteAnswers and tried the solution given in 67704.
We found the serialized number and its IF and saw that the status is still Picked. So we marked it as Shipped and tried to approve the inventory count again. However, we still encounter the same error and the same reference key in the error.
We cannot try the other solution in SuiteAnswers 67704 in which to add the qty and the committed serialized number in the inventory count since the IF is already shipped.
Please help me on how to address this issue. Thank you.
