Is it possible to process Cash Refund via EFT?

Hi There

Is it possible to pay a cash refund using an EFT payment via the Electronics Bank Payment bundle?

On a customer refund transaction, for the same customer, the customer's bank account is available to select:

However, for the cash refund, the field shows a blank for the same customer

Is this a system limitation to pay cash refunds using the electronics payment bundle?
