Having issues importing item groups

I am a newbie to NetSuite. That does not help me much….

We are adding a 2nd tier pricing for a product line, so I took all the first tier items and created the second tier. They all appear good to me, but I am not sure…

I am importing item groups and I am seeing "Invalid item reference key (component item)"

when I looked for answers, they were pretty vague and confusing to me. Any help would be appreciated…

My import file consists of name, display external ID, item ID, UPC code, line code, item group item, quantity,
