Following our guide about: New to NetSuite | Making an Employee as a Project Resource, let’s discover how we can allocate that resource to a project records. In NetSuite, a feature called Resource Allocations is designed to assist resource managers to efficiently select and allocate the right resources to projects based on their availability and skills. With this feature, managers can strategically plan and distribute the team's time across different projects, ensuring efficient utilization.
Enabling the feature:
