Delete Item Fulfillment in CLosed Period
Hello, we just found an error in our item fulfillment. An order had been placed in June with multiple items and one of the items was listed as fulfilled when it was in fact filled by another item. We can not reopen the periods to delete the IF. What can we do to void this IF? What should we do to ensure the correct item is removed from inventory and the mistaken item is moved back to pending fulfillment?
