SuiteApprovals: Transaction Not Updating on Email Approval/Rejection

Hi there,

I have installed suiteapprovals on my sandbox and have confirmed I am able to send and receive the approval/rejection emails, but any transactions that I respond to is not updating. E.G. Bill 423 to be approved by Nathan.

He received the email and responded to it with an approval, which is captured int eh review email approval response log.

Upon refresh of the bill, it is still in pending approval. What am I missing?

Approval by email is enabled and the receipient address matches what is on the plugin.

SAS Supported Records UE is deployed for the email approval log.
