SCM Mobile - Set up Image Capture

Hi There,

I am trying to set up image capture in WMS Po receiving and would like the image to attach to the item receipt record.

I have been following suiteanswers ID: 1015722.

I have managed to get the Image icon on the page and the image gets saved in the File Cabinet. However, I am struggling to get it to save under the Mobile App attachments of the Item receipt record. This is the setup I currently have:

Anyone know what I am doing wrong in the setup?
