saved search with scheduled email include items list as attachment

Hi,

I scheduled an email alert to be sent in a weekly basis contains excel file for the items list (as the screenshot below)

but only 4400 items included in the list while about 11000 are available in the search results.

Is there something wrong we did in the schedule or this is how the system work?
