Workflow - Create Record Support Case Change Custom Form
I am trying to create a workflow that triggers after a sales order is saved to create a support case that changes the custom form before filling in certain fields on the case. However, I cannot get it to change the custom form. Does anyone know how to change the custom form? Below is how I have it set up.
Setup:
- Workflow Basics/Parameters
- Record Type = Transaction
- Sub Types = Sales Order
- Initiation = Event Base
- Event Definition = On Create
- Trigger Type = After Record Submit
- State 1
- Type = Create Record
- Trigger on = After Record Submit
- Parameters
- Record Type = Case
- Store Result in = Support Case #
