Workflow - Create Record Support Case Change Custom Form

I am trying to create a workflow that triggers after a sales order is saved to create a support case that changes the custom form before filling in certain fields on the case. However, I cannot get it to change the custom form. Does anyone know how to change the custom form? Below is how I have it set up.

Setup:

  • Workflow Basics/Parameters
    • Record Type = Transaction
    • Sub Types = Sales Order
    • Initiation = Event Base
    • Event Definition = On Create
    • Trigger Type = After Record Submit
  • State 1
    • Type = Create Record
    • Trigger on = After Record Submit
    • Parameters
      • Record Type = Case
      • Store Result in = Support Case #
