Demand is not generating for components in planning workbench

We have configured MRP in system and launch the MRP from supply plan definition. We observed system has generated the demand & supply for assembly item but not generated the demand for associated components. We have verified the BOM and other setup, but it looks it is defined correctly.

Kindly suggest what could be the reason? I have uploaded the screenshots of all setup & planning workbench for reference.
