Demand Item Import - invalid item

Hello! I am attempting to import a Demand Item Import.

My items are all assembly items, I have confirmed I have the Work Order Feature enabeled.

I am using the Internal ID for my Item Field and External ID. I continue to get the error

Invalid item reference key "XXXX" for subsidiary 1.

I have tried using the pencil to select the subsidiary instead of the sheet.

Is there another field I should be using for item id?
