NSC | Saved Search > Compare Daily Sales Month by Month

Kindly follow the steps below if you want to create a Saved Search Report to compare your daily sales month by month:

  1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Transactions
  2. Create a name for this Custom Transactions Saved Search
  3. Under Criteria tab > Standard tab, Add Filters:
    1. Type | any of | Cash Sale, Invoice
    2. Date | within |this Fiscal Year
  4. Under Results tab, Column subtab, Add Fields:
    1. Formula (Text) | Summary Type: Group | Formula: TO_CHAR({TRANDATE},'DD') | Custom Label: Date
    2. Formula (Currency) | Summary Type: Sum | Formula: CASE WHEN TO_CHAR({TRANDATE},'MM') = 1 THEN nvl({netamountnotax},{amount}) ELSE 0 END | Summary Label: January
    3. Formula (Currency) | Summary Type: Sum | Formula: CASE WHEN TO_CHAR({TRANDATE},'MM') = 2 THEN nvl({netamountnotax},{amount}) ELSE 0 END | Summary Label:
