EXPORT ASSEMBLIES

I want to export all assemblies I produce at my company. I am going through the painful realization that a lot of assemblies are missing things like Department field ID and also a lot of Assembly BOMs are just the item number instead of somekind of better description. I did a full export and did not see any CSVs that had the data I'm looking for. Any guidance is appreciated!
