Is there a way to set an Item "Sales Multiple" similar to a purchase reorder multiple

On an Item record, we can set a minimum order quantity to 5. This quantity will show up on a Sales Order automatically. However, we would like to limit the customer so they can only order in multiples of 5 (5, 10, 15…). Is there a way to do this or is changing the UOM somehow the only way to achieve this?
