Inventory Adjust Items with no bin

We have a lot of damaged status items in our system that don't exist in a bin. I was asking to inventory adjust out all the damaged items. From the inventory adjustment screen, it is required to select a bin in which I am adjusting out. What is the proper way to adjust out damaged inventory that is not in a bin? Thanks.
