Parent-Child for Multiple Select Field Type

Hello everyone,

I have created a custom segment called Fixed Asset in NetSuite. I created custom records for Fixed Assets Levels, and then I added them as fields in the fixed asset custom segment, I called the levels FA Level 1 up to FA Level 6. Each level has a list of specs for the fixed assets, and each spec has a parent from the previous level, some specs have multiple parents. What I want is when I select a value in the first level it should filter the values of the second level based on the parent-child relationship, then when I
