Work Order Issue (Advanced Manufacturing + Adv Bom + Routing)

Hi All
I am not sure to have completely understood the behavior of the work order issue components.

In example, let's suppose we have work order 123:

item X 2 pieces to build

6 pieces of item Y to build those 2 pieces.


Let's suppose item Y has preferred bin = A

If we pick item Y using WMS app and we put in a WIP bin.

When we're going to complete the work order, item Y is suggested to be issued from bin A or bin WIP?

does it change whether we use the netsuite UI or mobile manufacturing?

If someone has docs, I will be happy to study!
