Apply Credit Memo as Customer Deposit on Sales Order

In NetSuite, the wrong item was put on a sales order, fulfilled and billed. The customer received the wrong item. We are now going to replace it for them. In the original sales order, I issued a return authorization and credit memo. How can we create a customer deposit on the new sales order with a credit?
