How to have different discounts for different customer for the same item?

We have customer to whom we give a discount for few items. The % discount will vary based on the customer for the same item.

For example, if we have 2 items - Say Item1, Item2 and 2 customers- Say Cust1, Cust2.

Cust1 will get a discount of 20% for Item1 and 25% for Item2 where as Cust2 will get 15% for Item1 and 17% for Item2.
