The Purchase Order does not show the Receive option.

I create the PO and use non-inventory item for resale item. After I submit and approved. It did not show receive button. I am not sure the roots because the item already check can be Fulfilled/Received field and I screenshot about the item record and accounting preferences Please advise me. Thank you
