Customers with Dunning: Results not showing up in Dunning Email Queue
We use this saved search that is filtered to Dunning Procedure and compare it to the Dunning Email Queue (we do customer dunning & manual email).
Customers with Dunning Levels on the report are not getting on the Dunning Email Queue.
Question 1 : Why is the report not matching what is in the queue? We check the report after Dunning is evaluated.
Question 2: We checked the reports and the dunning levels are correct. We have to add them to the queue by pausing/unpausing the customer individually. Is there another way to do that?
