Customized reports are not loading

Hi everyone,

I'm currently facing a critical issue that needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Issue: Customized reports are not loading, while standard reports are accessible even though the necessary user permissions have been granted to the respective user role.

Question: How can this issue be resolved? Is there a specific feature or setting in NetSuite that needs to be enabled to allow users to generate or access customized reports?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
