how to ignore case profile settings to use workflow instead
Hello,
I would like to have NetSuite ignore the case profile automatic email triggers and use my workflow instead but am unclear if this is possible and how to achieve it. Anyone have any suggestions?
Reason: We have a case form for rebates, however, we do not want automatic emails to be sent in some cases, example: if rebate is denied, we want to send a personalized message explaining why the rebate request was denied.
