Why Invoice cut on hand?

Hello everyone
I have a issue from my customer. They create SO and make Invoice. After save this invoice, it cuts on hand of item . Item is assembly and I think it not related with 0 stock because other invoice that created from SO was not cut the on hand. I don't know why. please advise me how to check and solved Thank you in advance!
